Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Sleepy Troupe, made by Raypick Co., Ltd.. By playing the game, you agree to them.

1. Using the game

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play the game for non-commercial purposes.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of the game. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content.

2. Purchases

In-game items (hearts, outfits, puzzle packs, season pass and others) are digital licenses, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

If a purchase is missing, use Settings > Restore in the game, or contact us.

3. Sleepy Club subscription

Sleepy Club is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). New members may get a 7-day free trial.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

4. Your game data

Progress is saved only on your device. If you delete the game or lose your device, your progress may be lost and we cannot recover it. Purchases can be restored with Restore.

5. Fair play

Please do not hack, modify, reverse-engineer or misuse the game, or use it in ways that break the law or harm others.

6. Ownership

The game, its characters, art, music and text belong to Raypick Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the game running smoothly, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or the game. Important changes will be posted on this page. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
